We are not
asking you about a minimum order, even if we suggest to make orders of at least
3 bottles, in order to deaden shipping charges. Quantity you can order varies
from 1 to 6, and after that, you can order multiple of 6 ( 12,18,24 and so
on...)

We
entrust skillfull people with our Nettari Etruschi, with experience in
transport of oenological products, which require particular attention in
handling and storage.

Shipping
Charges are automatically calculated by NettariEtruschi on the basket
and are clearly indicated in the order as separated voice. For orders superior
to 36 bottles, please contact Nettari Etruschi via
e-mail.

Credit Card |
|
Regarding the latter,
your details will be passed on only and exclusively to Sella Bank where the
necessary card validity procedures will be conducted for your credit card
before authorizing or refusing the transaction.
In no case will our shop be able to see or record your credit card details. |

Advance Bank Transfer |
|
| We
accept payments via bank transfer (in the confirmation of the order you will
find our bank details). Wares will be considered booked for 5 days from
confirmation on, while waiting for evidence (via e-mail or fax) of bank
transfer. After this period, orders will be cancelled. |

If you
choose the payment via advance bank tranfer you are kindly asked to
send via fax confirmation of your payment to the number 0565. 34316, in order
to shorten the times.

each purchase you will receive from NettariEtruschi a regular covering invoice
enclosed to the package. |

| Withdrawal
right |
|
|
If
wares are sent unintact or infringed, or if you are not satisfied with your
purchase, you can recede, following the 5th article of DLGS 185/99.
In order to proceed with your request, you have to send us a registered letter,
an e-mail or a fax in 10 working days. In last two cases you always have to
confirm via registered letter.
We will answer via e-mail and products you want to return must be sent back in
10 days from our confirmation.
How to return us the
products
Wares have to be packed accurately into the original package, in order to save
them from eventual breakings, infringement or damage. Then you can send the

Refund Terms
Nettari Etruschi will refund you totally as soon as possibile but certainly not
after 30 days from receiving of the goods. The refund will be payed via bank
credit transfer (for this reason you have to communicate clearly your bank
details).
Spedition charges are at your expense.

| What
to do in case of damage |
|
|
If the
package is broken or infringed, the customer must refuse to pick up the wares,
which will be quickly replaced.
In any case NettariEtruschi will replace damaged packages at its expense:
spedition charges and replacing charges are totally at NettariEtruschi's
expense, following the rule " be pleased or be refunded".

| Privacy |

Personal
Data we request when you enter your order are treatened only in order to
satisfy better your demands. They won't be in any case transmitted to others.
Neither advertisements nor promotional stuff will be sent to the client, if the
client does not make request for it.
NettariEtruschi pledges that Privacy regulations will not be infringed, as it
is ruled in Italian law (DLGS 196/2003 about Privacy conditions).

possibility to ask for modifications or cancellation of your Personal Data from

| Warranty |
|

If the
product is defective or not adapted to be consumed, you are kindly asked to
send us back the remainder. After that we will arrange to test the product and,
if inadequacy is confirmed, we will arrange to replace it with another.
If this is not possible because of lack of the product, we will refund you via
bank transfer.
For this reason you are kindly asked to specify clearly your bank details in
your letter of complaint.
